Aveena Anthony
Fiji born Aveena Anthony grew up in New Zealand and started training in Acting in her teens. She has starred in NZ TV drama series ‘Shortland Street’ and was TV Host for the cooking show ‘Butter Chicken and Beyond’ on Triangle TV NZ.
Since migrating to Australia in 2008, Aveena has graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Acting and done several short films, TV documentaries, TVCs and a feature film which won numerous awards at the LA Film festival. She has also had major stage roles in plays and musicals in both NZ and Australia and sings in alto.
She is continually doing acting classes (currently online) to keep her craft in practice. Aveena is versatile, enthusiastic and professional when part of any project and always eager to take on any challenging roles.
